Mentor Project Groep provides independent expertise through a team of full time employees and associates.

Mentor Maintenance focuses on production companies. The activities encompass e.g.: providing support by establishing maintenance strategies.
Mentor Procurement focuses on strategic and executive support. Procurement activities: purchasing, contracting, and expediting.
Mentor Project Management controls complex, often unique, investment operations through a professional project team and managers.

Project Management conducted by a capable and specialised project management team.

Responsible for:

• the co-ordination, monitoring of project managers and enginering;
• the co-ordination of all project management activities;
• the set up engineeringPlan;
• monitor progress of the project activities;
• approves Site Instructions and Variation Orders at a maximum to agreed upon in project;
• organises site meetings with production, Civil Consultant /Contractor and Suppliers and reports this to the Project Responsible;
• language: English and French
