Mentor Maintenance focuses on production companies. The activities encompass e.g.: providing support by establishing maintenance strategies.
Mentor Procurement focuses on strategic and executive support. Procurement activities: purchasing, contracting, and expediting.
Mentor Project Management controls complex, often unique, investment operations through a professional project team and managers.

Project Management conducted by a capable and specialised project management team.


For one of our projects in the food sector we are looking for a;

CONSTRUCTION / INSTALLATION MANAGER

  • Overall co-ordination of all installation activities;
  • Set up Installation Plan, Installation SHE Plan and Installation Dossier;
  • Arranging lodging and transport for Installation/Commissioning /Contractor Teams;
  • Monitoring progress of the installation activities, including Field Cost Control Reports;
  • Maintaining Safety, Health and Environmental standards during installation;
  • Organising site meetings with Civil Consultant /Civil Contractor/Suppliers and reports this to the Project Manager;
  • Monitoring progress and quality of Civil Works against specification in the Civil Contract;
  • Preparing start-up / commissioning planning and co-ordinates this with the Customer;
  • Preparing the Operation & Maintenance Handing-over and Plant Handing-over, including the List of Outstanding Items;
  • Co-operating with the local Training Officer on the arrangement of operational training for the equipment newly installed;
  • Is responsible for the delivery to Customer of the as built drawings from Suppliers and client before Project Closure;
  • Giving feed back to client of Operational set-up/Installation experiences /tips and hints (Installation Dossier);
  • Fulfils the role of Installation Engineer in case of combined job Installation Manager /Engineer.


Eisen
Minimum of eight years installation management experience;
  • Experience in food / beverage;
  • Mechanical and civil experience;
  • Flexible and independent;
  • HTS/TU education level;
  • Fluent in the English spoken and writing;
  • Good managing and organizing skills;
  • Good communicator.
